There were 23 homes that sold during the month of June 2013 in Kill Devil Hills, NC.  This is down from 30 homes that were sold during the month of May 2013 for the same area.  The median home price for this year in Kill Devil Hills is $215,000.  The lowest price property was a condo that sold for $115,000!  The highest price home that sold in June was $530,000.
