Dawn was recommended to us by a friend who already owned property on the Outer Banks. We discussed our expectations with Dawn and she immediately began looking for properties that met our needs. Because we had a three hour drive to view homes and are very busy with our businesses it was important that our time was well planed and the home shown met our requirements. After one visit of viewing homes Dawn was able to zero in our style and expectations.
